Conservatory and Brasserie

The Conservatory and Brasserie make up the two main areas of the hotel’s dining experience. The Conservatory (featured above) is a sun-filled, hearty space to enjoy a meal while watching the world go by.  The Brasserie offers a more intimate setting with spaces to eat privately with friends.

For all residential guests, the venue will host a Breakfast buffet every morning which is included in the price.  It will additionally open for purchase of main meals at midday and in the evening.

The Piazza

Getting peckish of course is a common symptom of the convention attendee but you won’t have to wait for dinner time if hunger strikes. The Piazza bar, as well as serving a range of wines, coffees and a fine selection of tea, offers snacks and light bites made to order throughout the day.
