Art Show
What is the Art Show?
Consider yourself an artist? Want to strut your stuff? Fancy making a little bit of cash from your talents?
If you're coming to ConFuzzled, we'll have space available in our bustling Dealers' Den where you can show off what you can do - be it drawn, digital, photographic or sculpted. If you're eager to make a sale, put some of your work up for auction - either for charity or for profit.
How big is the Art Show room?
The Art Show will be located in the Dealers' Den.
This year, the Art Show comprises of three tables, each 1.84x0.77m and 14 display stands (six of which are double-sided). This space is shared between items only on display and items being auctioned off, so while we'll have a lot more space than previous years, it is still limited.
How do I get a place?
To submit items to the Art Show or Auction, bring your work on Friday to the Dealers' Den room (Britannia Suite). After the Art Show opens on Saturday, submissions for display or for auction may no longer be available.
Dealers are encouraged to show off non-auction pieces on their tables to help save space for any artists wishing to exhibit that do not have a table. All items for sale in the auction will be displayed together.
All art show registrations are subject to availability and are on a first come, first served basis.

Rules & Hints
The Art Show/Auction and the entire convention is adults only, so adult oriented materials may be sold, on the basis that our artists apply common sense.
Furthermore, the categories listed here are off-limits.
We like artists to display their own characters and creations. If you use other people's characters, you should ask for the approval of the creator; it's the polite thing to do. Please avoid the use of characters created by large companies. Again, we do not exclude that content, since it is allowed in the context of parodies or derivative artistic work, but you need to make sure that you don't violate any trademark or copyright laws.
Regardless of rules, the Art Show managers have the final say in what is allowed and what's not. Note that despite of all those rules, the ConFuzzled Art Show allows a lot of explicit, adult, or even fetish artwork. To avoid conflicts about objectionable and offensive artwork, the managers reserve the right to refuse displaying single pieces of art.
No cameras or camera phones may be taken in to the Art Show area. Such items can be left at the Con Ops table next to the room entrance and collected on leaving the room.
